13. Oyado Noshiyu, Kurokawa Onsen ★★ Visited for higaeri, located near the Kurokawa tourist center. Higaeri usually available from 15:00 to 18:00, rarely has a day off during the week. Included in the Kurokawa tegata. Higaeri guests only have access to one large outdoor bath; ryokan guests also get an additional public indoor bath and five different private baths. Large outdoor stone bath. There's a fence, but everything is surrounded by trees, creating a very natural and great view and atmosphere. Water is clear, temperature was 40 on one visit and 43 on another. In the nook area, an extra degree was added. Under the roof the bath depth is shallower. Great large rotenburo with a convenient location, recommended for a visit. 08.04.2025 09.04.2025

Day-use is available, included in the pass. A large outdoor bath. The water is clear, hot temperature, mostly no smell. There's a roofed area with shallow water. Towel 200 yen. Very solid.
