Gensen Koma No Yu Sō

255. 源泉 駒の湯荘, Izunokuni Public onsen for 850 (90-minute limit). Listed hours in brochures and Google (at the time of visit) were 10:00–20:00 (except Mon), but it actually closed an hour earlier according to the schedule posted inside — barely made it. They stamp the 60 Onsen of Shizuoka 24/25 booklet. The outdoor bath was already closed during my visit, but it looked interesting in photos. Online photos of the indoor bath roughly match (the actual condition is somewhere between the two photos). Inside there are 5 small semicircular baths for 2–3 people. Clear water with the following listed temperatures: 1. 35.5–37.5 2. 37.5–39.5 3. 35.5–37.5 4. 39.5–41 5. 35.5–37.5 With the outdoor bath it might have been much more interesting (Google photos look nice), but the remote location and schedule quirks (Google now shows it closes at 19:00) plus the outdoor bath availability make visiting this onsen quite questionable without calling/checking first.
