Hotel. I visited for a day trip (higaeri) costing 2200 yen on a weekend (towels included). With the day trip, you can enjoy not only the onsen but also breakfast and dinner. The bath area is very well and beautifully designed: everything is in dark tones with lighting. The women's and men's sections swap places. Inside, there is a "milky" bath with microbubbles and a hot indoor bath (42°C) with massaging water jets (without bubbles, so the hydro massage is not visible). There is a regular dry sauna (80-90°C with a TV, as expected) and a mild aroma sauna (around 50°C), accompanied by a mizuburo (cold bath) at 22°C. The outdoor area has no view, just outside with a roof. There is one large hot bath (42°C), next to a fountain for decoration (touched it — cold), and a bath with reclining seats (also 42°C, the seats are comfortable but deep — the body is fully submerged). Overall, a very nicely made hotel and onsen; I would recommend it as a first stop for those trying onsen for the first time (or wanting to introduce others). 2026.04.25 (photo from the internet)
