The rotenburo rock bath and tub bath use natural hot spring water, and the facility features a high-concentration carbonated spring (indoor bath) considered the largest in the area. It includes an auto-rotary sauna, high-temperature sauna, and a salt sauna exclusive to the women's bath, as well as electric baths and jet baths. The facility also offers germanium ganbanyoku (free time system), dining area 'Honke Sanukiya', a post-bath lounge, body care, and Korean-style akasuri relaxation services.
