The bathing hall at Shinshoji (神勝寺) Zen and Garden Museum offers two named private baths that rotate between male and female use each day. Kaisan (開山) is a cypress hinoki indoor bath; Chikuzan (竹山) is an open-air bath set among bamboo. The water comes from a natural spring on the grounds. Sessions are reserved in advance for up to two people at a time.
