The water at Seseragi So is a naturally carbonated hot spring, iron-tinged and faintly salty, kept flowing fresh from the source. Two tubs sit side by side at different heat: one runs hot enough that bathers tend to alternate between it and the milder tub next to it. It's a day-use bathhouse run by the town of Kaneyama in the Tamanashi hot spring area of Fukushima, with a small restaurant for a meal after bathing and a rest area to sit in afterward.
