Standard walk-in admission is 3,300 yen, including service charge, bathing tax and consumption tax. One Harmony Premium Selection members pay 2,600 yen, and guests staying at the hotel that night pay 2,150 yen with unlimited re-entry from check-in until early the next morning.

Sky Resort Spa Pulau Bulan is the day-use bathhouse on the 22nd floor of the JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo, open to walk-in visitors as well as hotel guests. Its water comes from a spring about 1,000 meters under the station, registered as Sapporo Eki Onsen (札幌駅温泉), and is warmed and run through a filter rather than served straight from the source. Men's and women's floors are kept separate, each with an onsen tub, a bubble/jet bath, a cold plunge and at least one sauna; on the men's side that's two, a dry Finnish sauna and a negative-ion steam sauna. Being 22 floors up gives the baths and the relaxation lounge a wide view over central Sapporo, and from the men's bath the surrounding mountains show on a clear day. A cafe on the same floor serves food and drinks for an extra charge. The spa is for adults only, 18 and up, and turns away anyone with a tattoo.
