One of only two iodine-containing springs in Nagano Prefecture. Compared with the one in Takayama Village, this one has transparent hot-spring deposits that flicker here and there. It's the same as a super sento. There are various unusual baths, a sauna, body scrubbing, and ganbanyoku, so if your budget allows, you can enjoy them. There is also a dining area and a shop, and since it is in the city area, access is good too. This is completely a matter of personal taste, but when it comes to hot springs, I still like places that really feel like an onsen resort, so I give it 3 stars.
