Kawanakajima Onsen Spa Terme DOME

A big day-use bathhouse in Nagano built for soaking every way you like. Outside, the bath called Unryu-no-yu has a small tsubo-yu jar tub and a tatami spot to lie out in the open air. Inside there's a jet bath, a carbonated bath, an electric (low-frequency) bath, and a named onsen bath, Kawanakajima-no-yu, that keeps the spring water flowing fresh. Add a cold plunge, two sauna rooms (loyly and salt) in the main building, a separate music-loyly sauna in the annex, a ganbanyoku stone-bed room, and body care with akasuri scrubbing, and there's plenty to work through in one visit. The water itself is a clear, colorless natural spring. It's popular with locals, busy even on weekdays, and has a restaurant and a large parking lot.
