627. Shirahama Key Terrace Hotel Seamore, Wakayama (pt.2) ★★ 3. Lower level (outdoor area). 3.1. Stairs down from the indoor area to the outdoor area. In summer it was poorly maintained - lots of cobwebs at the top, and a fair number of spiders and other local insects on the walls. 3.2. Gorgeous view of the bay and observation tower from the outdoor area. Outdoor infinity onsen with two levels - standing and lying down, but the infinity section is narrow. Clear water with small white mineral fragments. A few small insects and a dead crab in the water. 41 degrees. Cool place, highly recommended for a visit. If the outdoor area were better maintained and the infinity section wider, I'd rate it even higher. 17.06.2025

627. Shirahama Key Terrace Hotel Seamore, Wakayama (pt.1) ★★ Higaeri for 1000. At the main reception there was a Russian-speaking staff member - they sent me downstairs for the onsen payment. Higaeri stated as 13:00 to 20:00. Part of the Shirahama tegata (2 stickers). They sell the 12 Onsen of Wakayama stamp. They issue Toreco cards for the onsen. 1. Upper level (indoor area). Bath with clear water, 41 degrees. Stuffy inside. 2. Middle level (indoor area). View of the bay through glass. Breathable inside. 2.1. Large bath with clear water, 41 degrees. 2.2. Small bath with clear water, 41 degrees. 2.3. Three barrels with clear water, 39 degrees. 2.4. Round hot shallow bath. 2.5. Seated spots with constantly flowing water. 2.6. Sauna. 2.7.
