Hirokawa Hotel is a compact family-run hotel in Echigo-Yuzawa (越後湯沢), open since 1932. The indoor baths (separate for men and women) run on 100% kakenagashi water, undiluted and non-circulated, available to guests at any hour. The water is gentle and clear, easy on the skin. No day-use bathing; the baths are for overnight guests only.
