About

The locals' bath of Dogo. Tsubaki-no-Yu (椿の湯) sits a short walk from the Honkan and serves the same source water in a calm, spacious modern hall built for everyday soaking rather than sightseeing. The name comes from the camellia (tsubaki, 椿), a flower long tied to Dogo. Simple, roomy, and inexpensive.
