Tateshina Park Hotel sits on a hilltop in the Tateshina highlands, with indoor and open-air baths fed by natural spring water from the same source as the Yokoya (横谷) hot spring area nearby. The water is smooth on the skin and the outdoor bath looks out over the slopes of Mt. Yatsugatake. On a clear night you can soak under the stars. The hotel also has a barrel sauna and serves irori (囲炉裏) hearth cuisine.
