YesThe main day-use course runs 10:00 to 1:00 the next morning, with no going out and back in once inside. Separate 90-minute deep-night (1:00 to 5:00) and early-morning (5:00 to 9:00) courses are sold too. The facility itself stays open around the clock and has no weekly closed day.
The main day-use course is 1,980 yen on weekdays and 2,200 yen on weekends and holidays for adults (junior-high age and up), and 660/770 yen for children up to 6th grade, with a towel and facility clothing included. A cheaper 90-minute short course costs 850 yen weekday / 950 yen weekend for adults, and there are separate 90-minute deep-night and early-morning courses too. Staying past the day-use window adds a late-night surcharge of 1,650 yen for an adult or member and 1,100 yen for a child.

About
The Grand Spa Nandaimon is a large day-use bathing complex in central Utsunomiya, built around a real hot spring. Its outdoor bath is said to be the only rotenburo in Utsunomiya that runs on undiluted spring water kept flowing rather than recirculated. Indoors there's a pool long enough for real laps, a cold plunge, sauna rooms split into separate temperature zones, and several other tubs, including one infused with ginseng. The ganbanyoku area has a rock-salt room and an ocher-clay room, reportedly the first of its kind in the Kanto region. Beyond the baths it runs more like a small resort: Japanese, Western, Chinese and yakiniku restaurants, a women's rest lounge, capsule-style cabins for staying over, and karaoke and game rooms. Visitors describe it as clean and unhurried, even on a Saturday night.
