About
A small day-use facility on the slopes of Mt. Ontake (御嶽山, Ontake), part of the Ontake Kyukamura resort complex. The indoor bath runs a deep rusty brown from oxidized iron; the two outdoor tubs hold clear water that bubbles up and leaves the skin smooth. There is no relaxation space beyond the baths, which suits hikers and skiers stopping in on weekends.
