About

Hotel Wellseason Hamanako sits on the shore of Lake Hamana and runs two separate bath facilities. Hanasaki-no-yu (華咲の湯) has ten pools across two wings open to both day visitors and guests, one with a dry sauna and garden rotenburo, the other with a mist sauna and silk bath; the two wings swap between men and women daily. Hito-to-ki-no-yu (ひとと季の湯) is a quieter outdoor bath in the hotel garden, reserved for overnight guests. The water comes from a shared spring in the Kanzanji onsen area and is warm and noticeably salty.
