A family-run minshuku (民宿, guesthouse) on the Sea of Japan coast, a short drive from Kinosaki Onsen (城崎温泉). The inn has an open-air bath and a large indoor bath on site, and runs a shuttle to the hot spring town's seven public bathhouses. Tatami rooms, seafood-heavy meals, and a handful of resident cats and dogs give the place a relaxed, rural feel.
