The bathing here is built around a single indoor pool fed by the hotel's own moor spring, run kakenagashi with nothing added or removed. The water is amber-colored and leaves skin noticeably smooth, the kind of quality the place openly bets its reputation on. No outdoor bath, just this one well-tended indoor tub and a sauna. Private baths (kashikiri, 貸切風呂) are available by reservation, reportedly the only ones in Tokachigawa Onsen.
