The woman at the reception reacted very enthusiastically and positively when I pulled out my stamp book — she went to the office behind the reception, consulted with seniors, came back and gave me a 550 yen discount. Higaeri hours are from 15:00 to 20:00. They stamp the Yamanashi 100 Onsen book. There's a shuttle bus between three partner hotels with higaeri: Isawa View Hotel, Hotel Hana Isawa, and Kasugai View Hotel. Two indoor baths with clear water, temperature around 41°C and 42°C.
