YesIn winter the bath runs 10:30am to 9:00pm (last entry 8:30pm). On December 31 and January 1 it's open 10:30am to 6:00pm (last entry 5:30pm).
Adults pay 650 yen, elementary school children 300 yen, and children under elementary school age go free. Visitors with a disability certificate, plus one accompanying carer, pay a discounted 550 yen (adults) or 200 yen (children).

About
Yurarikan is a day-use bathhouse on a low hill outside Tomi, set among grape fields with views over the Ueda and Tomi townscape and, on clear days, the Northern Alps and the Yatsugatake range. It has an indoor bath, an open-air rotenburo, a jacuzzi, a cold bath, and a sauna. The water is plain and clear, and several visitors describe it as mild, good for lingering rather than a quick dip. Alongside the baths there's a rest hall, a local products shop, and a wine and beer museum, all part of the same hilltop complex.
