About

A large day-use super-sento (スーパー銭湯, supa-sento) on a low hill in Nagakute, Aichi, with a wide spread of baths across indoor and outdoor zones. The water is artificially prepared, not a natural spring. Inside you'll find a carbonated bath, electric massage bath, jet bath, and a reclining bath; outside, the open-air area has stone tub baths (tsubo-yu, 壺湯) and a covered terrace bath with open sky views. Two saunas, a dry and a salt sauna, share the floor with a cold bath for cooling down. The ganbanyoku (岩盤浴, ganban-yoku) annex, called Bikanbo (美汗房), runs four heated stone-slab rooms plus a cool-down room and is ticketed separately. A restaurant, cafe, manga lounge with around 10,000 volumes, kids corner, and parking for several hundred cars round out the complex.
