Cash only for day-use bathing. The adult rate applies from junior-high age; elementary-age children and preschoolers pay a lower rate.

The ground-floor baths are split for men and women, each with an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna, plus a cold bath filled with soft groundwater from the Chugoku mountains. The open-air side faces the Seto Inland Sea toward Miyajima, a view guests often linger over at sunset. The water, known here as Itsukushima-no-yu (厳島の湯), is a natural radon-bearing mineral spring, used locally for aches, poor circulation, and general fatigue. Miyajima-an Hiroshima is a 25-room ryokan with modern Japanese-Western rooms, an 8-minute walk from the Miyajimaguchi ferry pier. Some rooms have their own view bath facing Miyajima across the water.
