Last entry to the main bathing area (open 10:00 to 22:00) is 21:30; last entry to the weekend and holiday morning bath (asaburo, 6:00 to 9:00) is 8:30.

Standard admission is 1,100 yen for adults (junior high age and up) and 700 yen for children (age 3 through elementary school) on weekdays, rising to 1,380 yen adult and 800 yen child on weekends, holidays and peak days; children under 3 are free. The weekend and holiday morning bath (asaburo, 6:00 to 9:00) costs a separate 890 yen adult and 580 yen child. A 90-minute private sauna room is 3,000 yen on weekdays or 5,000 yen on weekends and holidays per room, including sauna wear and two rental towels, and a 2-hour reserved-seat premium lounge is 550 yen on weekdays and 770 yen on weekends and holidays.

A sodium chloride cold-mineral spring that is also markedly iodine-rich. The salty, heat-retaining chloride water is moderately to richly mineralized at 9,050 mg/kg of dissolved solids, leaving a mineral film on the skin. Because the source emerges below 25 °C, it is a cold-mineral spring heated for bathing. With iodide at 22.2 mg/kg the water belongs to the iodine-bearing family and tends to discolour on contact with air.
