A simple thermal spring blended from four wells at Yamada in Beppu. Weakly alkaline and soft on the skin, it sits in the Japanese beauty-water family thanks to its silica. A generous 156 mg/kg of metasilicic acid leaves a thin silica film that makes skin feel noticeably smoother. The water emerges colorless and clear and very hot at the wellhead.
