70. Kaimonji Onsen, Beppu Old-school grandpa onsen. Inside a small building there are two baths with clear water: one hot, the other hot+. There's a micro-bath with very hot water for washing with a ladle. Breathing inside is fine. Entry is 250, so soap/shampoo are separate. They give you a stamp. Quite a few visitors at 7 PM, but only Japanese — from school-age kids to elderly men.
