Fujihakkei no Yu (富士八景の湯), whose name means "eight views of Fuji", is a day-use onsen complex in Gotemba at the foot of the mountain. The outdoor area has open-air baths including tsubo-yu (壺湯, small individual soaking tubs); on clear days the mountain is visible from the baths and from the second-floor rest room. The water is clear and mild. Inside there is also a dry sauna, a cold bath, and indoor baths. A restaurant and a nap room are available for a longer visit.
