Inside, a bath with clear water, temperature 41. Breathing inside is fine. There's a sauna. The outdoor bath has no view, with a straw roof overhead. Late in the evening there was some subtle lighting and it was quite cozy. Water is clear, temperature 40. If you're staying in Sendai and really need an onsen, worth considering.
