The water carries a salty tang and a whiff of hydrogen sulfide, with bicarbonate softness layered into the chloride body. Moderately mineralized at 1,872 mg/kg, it lands in standard onsen-water territory rather than the extremes — a 34.8 °C source heated for bathing in central Kobe.

334. HAT Nagisanoyu, Kobe Super sento with natural hot spring water for 870-970, 20-25 minutes from Kobe station. Operating hours listed as 10:00-24:00. They stamp the 41 Kansai Super Sento stamp rally 24/25. Has a gym, barber shop, massage, restaurant, gift shop, books, and massage chairs. Bath photos from the internet, roughly match — in person the water was noticeably clearer and not as saturated. 1. Outdoor area. 1.1. Three barrel baths, clear brownish water, slightly cloudy. Proper slightly sulfurous onsen smell. Water temperature around 38. 1.2. Two-level stone bath. Clear brownish, slightly cloudy water, temperature around 40-41. 1.3. Two standing jet baths, temperature around 41. 1.4. Five reclining jet baths, temperature around 41. 2. Indoor area. A bit stuffy. 2.1. Large main bath with rubber ducks and clear water. Temperature around 40. 2.2. Two saunas. 2.3. Cold bath. 2.4. Bath with bright clear green water, temperature around 40-41. Great place, it hooked me — I zoned out in the outdoor barrel bath. Convenient to get to as well. Recommended for a visit.
