A standalone large open-air rotenburo (大露天風呂) run by Sugawa Kogen Onsen inn, sitting at 1,110m elevation near the Kurikoma mountain trailhead. The water is clear with a faint sulfur smell and flows fresh as a constant kakenagashi (掛け流し) stream, tinting the nearby drainage channel a pale blue. The bath is spacious and open to the sky, and the altitude keeps it cool even at the height of summer. The facility opens from early morning and operates seasonally from around May to November.
