Day Use
YesClosed Tuesdays, except when Tuesday is a public holiday, when it stays open. Last admission is 20:30. Re-entry may be restricted during the New Year, Golden Week, and Obon holiday periods.
Child (ages 3 to 12) is 400 yen, senior (age 70 and up) is 650 yen, and children under 3 bathe free. Discounted rates are available for visitors with disabilities (400 yen adult, 200 yen child). 12-visit coupon books are sold for 10 times the single-visit price and are valid for one year.

Sarubino is a day-use onsen complex in the mountains of Iga, with two separate bathhouses, stone-built Sasayuri and wood-built Kesan, that swap between men's and women's sides depending on the day. Each has an indoor bath, an outdoor bath, and a sauna, plus a utaseyu (打たせ湯) waterfall bath and a jet bath. A separate floor holds a cooler pool filled straight from the source, milder than the heated tubs downstairs, and there's a corner where visitors can drink the spring water. The water itself is smooth and slightly slick on the skin, the kind regulars come back for. The bathhouse sits within a larger site that also has a restaurant serving local produce, a farm market, and a campground, so it draws both day bathers and campers passing through.
