About

Hotel Winery Hill combines an Izu winery estate with a hot spring, and the mixed bathing zone (swimwear required) is an outdoor area called the Fujimi-Yuyu with views toward Mount Fuji on clear days. The water is a sodium-calcium sulfate spring, noted as unusually high quality for the region, and flows as kakenagashi from a direct source.

251. Hotel Winery Hill, Izu Visited for higaeri (listed hours 11:00–22:00). Price is 880–1100 depending on the day. There was a kids' soccer and baseball event — soccer and baseball fields near the hotel. Sports decor in the lobby, and soccer was on TV. There are private baths, but didn't check if they're available for higaeri. They stamp the 60 Onsen of Shizuoka 24/25 booklet. Online photos match. Indoor bath with clear water, temperature 39–40. Comfortable to breathe. Outdoor bath with clear water, temperature 41. There's a sauna and a cold bath. Soccer or baseball fans might want to check this place out. Others will likely skip due to the location and fairly unremarkable baths.
