Tomeikan (東明館) sits by the river in Oigami Onsen (老神温泉), Gunma. The baths use 100% free-flowing (kakenagashi, 源泉かけ流し) spring water: the indoor bath has a faintly cloudy, sulfurous tint, while the outdoor bath runs clear. Both men's and women's sides have an indoor bath and a rotenburo (open-air bath). The ryokan is operated by Gyoza no Manshu (ぎょうざの満洲), a well-known gyoza chain, and has a Chinese restaurant on-site.
