A sodium-calcium chloride spring emerging hot at 52.4 °C. With roughly 16,270 mg/kg of dissolved solids it is richly mineralized and hypertonic, leaving a salty mineral film on the skin that holds in warmth well after the bath. The water is alkaline on the pH scale, so it feels soft despite the salt.

274. Nakamurakan, Yaizu Public onsen, well-known in Japanese circles — tons of photos from various TV shows on Japanese television. Costs 490, listed hours 10:00–20:00, except Wed. They stamp the 60+6 Onsen of Shizuoka 24/25 booklet. Marked with a special note in the stamp rally brochure. Online photos match. Small outdoor bath with no view. Clear water, very salty, with a thick/dense effect. Temperature 41. Small indoor bath. Clear water, very salty, with a thick/dense effect. Temperature 42. Air is fine. Interesting water, but feels like you need more context to fully appreciate this place.
