Seseragi no Yu (せせらぎの湯) is a single unmanned tub of milky white hot-spring water with a faint sulfur smell, kept by the local Norikura tourism association on a quiet hillside. The water runs on the cool side rather than scalding, so people tend to linger. There's no shower or soap here, just a quick rinse before soaking, and no restroom on site (the nearest one is at the tourist center down the road). The bath sits right by a stream, its name literally means "the murmur of the water", with small separate changing areas for men and women but nothing more. It only opens in season, from late April to the third week of November, and shuts down for winter.
