A sodium chloride spring with good heat-retention and noticeable body. It emerges at 84.8 °C, placing it among Japan's hottest natural sources, and the weakly acidic water carries a faint metallic note at the wellhead. A generous 387 mg/kg of metasilicic acid leaves the kind of silica film that makes skin feel noticeably smoother afterwards.

Onsen. They stamp your pass. The indoor bath is divided into 4 large sections: one main and 3 separate ones - what makes the separate ones different I didn't quite understand. In the main section there are vibro and jet zones, benches are installed along the edges of the bath, very comfortable to sit. Breathing is excellent. Outside there are two outdoor baths, one with contoured spots that are very comfortable for lying in, the other is just a nice outdoor bath. Water is clear, mild temperature, the smell has a slight chlorine hint. Overall not bad.
