Day Use
YesClosed Wednesdays (if Wednesday falls on a public holiday, the preceding day is closed instead). Open during New Year, Golden Week, and Obon.
Adults (middle school and up) ¥800, children (elementary school and up) ¥400, preschoolers free. ¥100 discount for adults / ¥50 for children after 18:00. 12-ticket pass ¥8,000 for adults. Seasonal hours: Dec–Feb 10:00–20:00 (last entry 19:30); Mar–Nov 10:00–21:00 (last entry 20:30).

The spring water here runs straight into the baths without heating or recirculation (kakenagashi, 源泉かけ流し), and you can feel it: a faint petroleum note, and a slight oiliness that lingers on the skin. The open-air bath looks out over the Kiyotsu River, and there is a separate indoor bath. This is a local community spot in Tokamachi, Niigata, with a restaurant and a free rest area on the second floor.
