289. Gokuraku-yu Hirakata A well-worn old super sento with onsen water, 520 yen. Listed hours are 10:00 to 02:00 on weekdays and 06:00 to 02:00 on weekends. They give a stamp for the 41 Super Sento of Kansai 24/25. Has a barber shop, restaurant, arcade games, massage chairs, a shop, and chill-out zones. Soap/shampoo is bring-your-own or buy there. Shuttle bus available. 1. Outdoor zone. 1.1. Silk bath with whitish water, temperature 40. 1.2. Stone bath, clear water, temperature 40. 1.3. Polygonal bath, clear water, temperature 38. 1.4. Steam bath. A TV is mounted there. 2. Indoor zone. 2.1. Lying jet zone for 5 people, clear water, temperature 40. 2.2. Standing/sitting jet zone for 4 people, clear water, temperature 40. 2.3. Rectangular bath + electric bath zone, clear water, temperature 40. 2.4. Sauna. 2.5. Cold bath. 2.6. Bath with old-timers. The location isn't the most convenient and the place doesn't warrant a special trip, though it's comfortable. But for locals at this price, it's a great regular spot.
