Kamogawakan sits on the Chiba coast and taps two distinct onsen springs: Shiosai-no-yu (潮騒の湯), a self-sourced seaside spring with softly salty water, feeds the main large baths; Nagisa-no-yu (なぎさの湯), piped in from the inland hills, supplies the rooftop infinity pool and most guest rooms, which have their own semi-open-air baths. The rooftop pool is entered in swimwear and looks out over the Pacific. Sauna and cold bath are in the large bath area. Private reserved baths are bookable by the slot. The ryokan was renovated in 2019 and Kamogawa SeaWorld is a short walk away.
