Radon spring in Kumano. Very cozy, beautiful, hot (kakenagashi, 44.7 degrees). Colorless and odorless, but the taste (according to the description) is slightly bitter-salty. Sitting is hot but pleasant. Outside there's a regular bath, a lying bath, and a deep standing bath (96 cm). Inside is just a hot bath. Azaleas were blooming beautifully (already finished now). Especially nice in winter. Asked about tattoos at the entrance, got an uncertain "probably fine" (seems like nobody had asked before). You can conclude that tattoos are most likely OK, there's no outright ban, but no official tattoo-friendly policy either. Besides the water composition sign, there's a proud sign about "we used local wood." And they sell milk in glass bottles.
