YesLast entry for day-use bathing is 3:30pm, an hour before closing. The inn sometimes pauses day-use bathing for maintenance or during the New Year, Golden Week and Obon holidays, so it is worth calling ahead.

About
This old ryokan at Kaminoyama Onsen has one indoor bath, kept separate for men and women, and no rotenburo; shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided. The spring water is clear and runs hot, and past bathers mention fine mineral flecks settling in the tub. The building climbs the hillside and has been extended in stages over the years, so stairs and corridors wind through it in a way guests call maze-like, with an unmistakably retro, Showa-era feel. Breakfast is homemade and brought up to your room. Day-use bathing is also available.
