Konoka Onsen (木の香温泉, Kinoka Onsen) sits at a roadside station on Route 194 in the mountains of Kochi, right beside the Yoshino River. The bath lineup covers an indoor pool, an open-air rotenburo, a sauna, and a cold bath. The spring water is mildly salty and leaves you warm for a good while after soaking. Day visitors are welcome, and tattoos are fine.
