A day-use onsen on the second floor of a harbor-side market building in Wakkanai, at Japan's northern tip. The outdoor bath looks directly over the port, and in winter the warm water paired with snowfall over the bay makes for a memorable soak. Inside there are hot and warm tubs, a jacuzzi bath, sauna, and cold plunge. Tattoos are welcome.
