倉部源泉

Kurabe Spring
Simple

A hot simple thermal spring: the source emerges at about 49 °C and is brought down to 40 °C at the bathing point. As a simple spring with under 1,000 mg/kg of dissolved solids, the water is gentle and low in irritation, and the certificate lists relief of autonomic-nervous instability, insomnia, and mild depressive states among its bathing indications.

Byakuren no yu. Kashikiri 700 yen, requires a reservation, but I got lucky and it was available. They stamp the Onsendo stamp book. The bath fits two people max, but two Sergeis definitely wouldn't fit in there. The ceiling is high and ventilation is good, so it feels like a rotenburo. The water is neutral, slightly alkaline. And as usual, there's a legend about some beautiful women who once bathed here :)
