567. Hanasuisho, Fuefuki, Yamanashi ★ Stayed overnight without meals. They issue Toreco cards for the onsen, but they didn't understand me right away and found them on the second try. Room is comfortable, but it was a bit stuffy before turning on the AC. When staying overnight, onsens are available 24 hours. Baths rotate between male/female at 19:00. There was a cool story with the booking on Trip.com. I booked a night, but only a pre-authorization of 11k rubles went through (the room itself costs 19.7k yen, paid on-site). Already in Kofu I get a notification from Trip that my booking was canceled because rooms ran out — they'd refund the pre-auth amount plus bonus compensation in Trip coins (about 7k rubles). I was running around and didn't rebook right away. Two days later I book and see the same hotel, book the same room for the same dates, but with prepayment for 12.4k rubles. Checked in without issues, so the room ended up costing 5k rubles total. Only made it to one set of male/female baths — the one with a stone rotenburo: 1. Outdoor bath in stone. No view, behind a fence. Clear water, temperature around 40°C. 2. Indoor bath with an additional zone. Clear water, temperature around 42°C. Breathing inside is fine.
