Natsuse Onsen has been valued as a medicinal spring since the Edo period, and Miyakowasure is the only inn here, tucked inside Dakigaeri Gorge Prefectural Natural Park in Akita. Every guest room has a private rotenburo fed by free-flowing spring water, looking out over the Tamagawa river. Shared indoor and outdoor baths rotate by gender, and guests can also reserve the separate kashikiri (貸切, private reserved) rotenburo at no extra charge during their stay.
