Takinoya is a small traditional wooden ryokan in Atsumi Onsen (あつみ温泉) that has been around since the early Edo period. The large indoor communal bath uses the local spring water, and the mood throughout is unfussy and relaxed. Some rooms look out over the Atsumi River.
