Bell Sakura no Yu sits inside Bell Mall (ベルモール), a large shopping center in Utsunomiya, and runs on a natural sodium-calcium chloride spring kept flowing fresh (kakenagashi). The bathing floor has rock outdoor baths with tub and lying-bath sections, a large indoor bath with wide windows, and a fun bath with jet, seat, and electric options. Three saunas cover most styles: a herb steam sauna, a loyru (aroma steam) sauna, and a salt sauna. Ganbanyoku (岩盤浴, hot-stone lying) is on the second floor. A 230-seat restaurant and rest lounges round out the visit.
