Shimizu Ryokan (志美津旅館, Shimizu Ryokan) has been running in Yunohira Onsen since Taisho 15 (1926). The main draw is the large cave bath, where the spring water produces a natural mist that fills the stone interior. There is also an outdoor bath to pair with it. The ryokan is small and old-fashioned in the best sense, the kind of place that feels lived-in rather than designed. Kaiseki meals are served to overnight guests.
