About

Gozen-yu (御前湯) is a city-run public bath in Nagayu Onsen, known for its carbonated spring water that flows fresh and unaltered from three separate sources. Both bathing floors have an indoor bath, an open-air bath with river sounds nearby, a cold spring, and a sauna. The baths switch between men's and women's use on odd and even days. You can drink the spring water straight from any bath spout or at the entrance drinking fountain. The building has a pleasantly old-fashioned look to it, and a spacious free rest room is available after your soak.
