Adult (junior high school and up) is 800 yen on weekdays and 850 yen on weekends and holidays. Child (elementary school) is 500 yen on weekdays and 550 yen on weekends and holidays, and preschooler (age 3 and up) is 400 yen on weekdays and 450 yen on weekends and holidays. New Year and Obon are also charged at the weekend and holiday rate. An 11-visit ticket book costs 8,000 yen and a 23-visit ticket book costs 16,000 yen. A face towel costs 240 yen.

A sodium-led bicarbonate spring — the classic 'jūsō-sen' (soda-water) style. Weakly alkaline and soft on the skin, it sits in the Japanese beauty-water family. Moderately mineralized at 3.5 g/kg dissolved solids, the wellhead emerges at 37 °C — right at the threshold of a true hot spring, which makes for a comfortable long soak.

Hasami Onsen Yujiro has three indoor baths, all kept flowing fresh from the source, plus an open-air bath by a river you can hear during the day and see the stars over at night. The bicarbonate water is smooth and a little slippery on the skin, and a few bathers compare it to a facial toner. The sauna is paired with a cold-water bath fed by its own separate cold spring, also kept flowing. The house bath is a high-concentration carbonated soak, called Shinzo-no-yu (心臓の湯, the "heart bath"), kept mild and lukewarm so you can stay in it a long time while it works on circulation. It's popular with regulars and can get crowded. There's a restaurant on site for a meal after your bath.

449. Hasami Onsen Yujiro, Nagasaki ★ Onsen for ¥800. The stated hours are 10:00~22:00. They stamp the Kyushu 88 Onsen stamp rally. The bath photos online only partly match, in the outdoor area the lower opening in the fence was closed, and there were cherry blossoms in bloom in the park across the way. Outdoor bath in stone. Through the openings there is a view of the cherry blossom avenue, I caught it at a good bloom, but you can only see it while standing, when sitting in the bath the view is blocked by the fence. The water is clear, has a soapy feel, and is slightly carbonated. Temperature 40-41. Indoor area. It is comfortable to breathe inside. 1. Bath with clear water, with small, sparse brown mineral deposits. Temperature 40-41. 2. Bath with clear carbonated water, temperature 37. 3. Sauna. 4. Cold bath. A pleasant place, but because it is far away, it would not be very convenient to come here just for this. 31.03.2025
