YesClosed every other Thursday, on New Year's Day, and for a five-day maintenance closure in the second week of April each year. Hours run shorter around the New Year holidays.
Discounted to 200 yen for visitors with a disability ID. Multi-visit ticket books are sold: 8 visits for 3,570 yen (adult) or 1,750 yen (child), and an 11-visit senior book (age 65+) for 3,000 yen; each ticket covers up to two visits a day. The 26th of each month, the local 'bath day', carries no discount.

Toyotomi Onsen Fureai Center is a town-run day-use bathhouse in Toyotomi Onsen, one of Japan's northernmost hot-spring towns. The water runs cloudy yellowish-brown with a faint oil-like scent, an actual rarity: this is one of only a handful of hot springs anywhere with petroleum surfacing alongside the spring water. Bathing splits into two halls: a general bath, and a toji (湯治) bath with milder nuru-yu (ぬる湯) pools you can soak in for a long stretch. The place has drawn toji visitors for generations, people coming to treat skin conditions like atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. There's a rest area to stretch out in between soaks, and a restaurant known for Jingisukan and miso ramen.
